SELENA WATKINS


Selena Watkins is a Los Angeles based multi-hyphenated master of movement. She is a Personal Trainer—Master Group Fitness Instructor—Movement Coach—Wellness Practitioner—Professional Dancer—Choreographer. Originally from Yonkers, this NYC gal has made her mark on the fitness and wellness industry. She was named the Next Fitness Star by Women’s Health Magazine, created her own signature workout method, Socanomics®, a Caribbean dance workout and full-out cardio party fueled by Soca music; and she was crowned Miss Black USA in 2012. She’s recently performed alongside Shakira at the Superbowl 54 Halftime Show. She toured Australia & Europe with Nicki Minaj and can also be seen lighting up tv screens and live stages with some of today’s top music artists. Outside of dance fitness and running workouts, Selena also teaches indoor cycling, bootcamp and sculpt. No matter what she’s teaching, you can expect a dope playlist to follow suit! After working out with Selena, you will feel empowered, spiritually uplifted and tapped into your strongest self.
