HEATHER ANDERSON-SANTÍN


Heather is a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor as well as a Registered Dietitian with an MS in Nutrition from Stony Brook University. She has been teaching group exercise for over 15 years in the New York metropolitan area and presenting and educating fitness professionals nationwide for much of that time. Her passion is making exercise accessible to everyone, regardless of where they start.

When not enjoying movement Heather can be found taking in movies and theatre, traveling, or spending time near the water with family and friends.
